Return & Exchange Policy

At Operation PawForce, we want you to feel confident and supported when making a purchase. If you’ve changed your mind or are dissatisfied with an item, we’re here to help. Our goal is to provide a fair and straightforward return or exchange process to ensure your satisfaction.
To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them. Each item will be thoroughly inspected upon return. If an item is found to be damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we regret that we won’t be able to issue a refund.
Please note that a restocking fee will apply to each order returned. This fee will be deducted from your total refund upon receipt of your item(s). Additionally, certain costs—including shipping fees and package protection costs—are not eligible for refunds.
